1. Government has forsaken its duty to protect the people.
2. Government exists only with the people’s consent.
3. Government must be limited and accountable to law.
4. The separation of powers is essential to liberty.
5.The three branches must stay within their limits.
6.Government must protect the homeland and uphold justice.
7. Only Congress should authorize war.
8.The military must not be used against the people.
9. Civilian control of the military must be preserved.
10. America must welcome immigrants.
11. Government should support free global trade.
12. Citizens have the right to petition their government.
13.The right to peaceful protest must be protected.
Grievances: Part II
14. Freedom of speech and association must be preserved.
15. No one should be denied life, liberty, or property without due process.
16. All people are equal under the law.
17. No one is above the law—including government officials.
18. Government officials are not monarchs.
19. Only the Constitution should govern us—not foreign or arbitrary law
20. All citizens must have the right to vote freely and fairly.
21. Elected officials must respect election outcomes.
22.The courts must be independent and impartial.
23. Defendants must have full constitutional protections.
24. Everyone has the right to a jury trial.
25. Investigations and prosecutions must be lawful and not retaliatory. 26. Everyone has the right to independent legal counsel.
27. Trials must be fair and not politically manipulated.
